Policies
Spa services are available by appointment and can be scheduled six days a week.
All new clients please arrive ten minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
Any late arrivals may experience a shortened service to allow our specialists to be on time for his/her next guest.
Gift Certificates -- Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination for any service. They may not be
redeemed for cash or credit by any party including the purchaser. Gift certificates are guaranteed for 6 months from
date of purchase. You must present your gift certificate at the time of service. Drohman's Salon and Day Spa is not
responsible for lost certificates.
Cancellations -- Your reservation time will be set aside especially for you with a commitment of a
therapists/cosmetologist time. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation we ask that you notify
us with a minimum of 24 hours in advance, so we may accommodate other guests. If we do not receive your
cancellation notification, we will charge you for the full price of the reservation. We sincerely appreciate your
cooperation and understanding.
Gratuities -- Gratuities are accepted and appreciated at your discretion
Children -- Although we love children, the spa's tranquil environment is not an appropriate place for them. While
at the spa, children should be supervised by their parents at all times. Please do not bring your children with you for
your spa appointment unless they too are receiving services. This will ensure that you and your fellow guests enjoy their
services.
Cell Phone/Pagers -- To promote a serene and tranquil atmosphere for all guests
we request that cell phones and pagers not be used in the lobby, nail and spa areas.
Payments -- We gladly accept Visa, master card, personal checks and cash.
Be advised any returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
